Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All electronic toys are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We recommend using a dedicated toy cleaner or a mild, unscented soap with warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals. For silicone toys, do not use silicone-based lubricants as they can degrade the material over time.
